Author Guest Post: Penny Watson on Sexing Up Claus and Book Giveaway

KB: Penny Watson is a new to me author and blogger. I've also seen Penny on twitter and she seriously cracks me up. Just read her post on the Day in the Life of the Amazon Boards and you'll see why. And when I heard she'd written a sexy Christmas romance, I had to have her stop over her for some pimpage...

Is sexing up Santa Claus a good idea?

From the sheer number of holiday romances, it seems like a lot of readers enjoy a spicy holiday tale. I've been bouncing back and forth this December between sweet, rated G tales (I read my first Amish romance!) and kinky erotica. When I started writing my own Christmas book, I was intrigued by the idea of playing around with the standard image of Santa. Instead of being a fat, jolly old elf, what if he was buff? Athletic? A strong giant of a man with strong sexual appetites? With a gorgeous wife, and five hot sons? The whole idea sort of snowballed (pun intended) from there.

Sweet Inspiration is the first of the Klaus Brother Series. I introduce the five smokin' hot sons of Santa Claus in the first installment of the series. Here's a matching quiz to get acquainted with the boys....

5. Eldest son. Master pastry chef, heir to Klaus Enterprises. Strict disciplinarian, obsessed with the culinary arts. Rocks a full beard, spectacles, and jacked physique. His specialty in the kitchen: Christmas cookies.

A group at Goodreads recently asked me who inspired each brother. I was definitely picturing Eric Bana with his Troy-lovely beard and ripped biceps when I created Nicholas Klaus.
