Here we have Brandon Routh, who played Superman in the 2006 Superman Returns and Dean Cain, who played Superman in the hit tv series "Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman" from 1993-1997.

You know I should really take the fifth on this one. I should. Just because. But well you asked. I hate Smallville and Superman Returns was possible the worst movie...

Dude, there's only ONE Superman when it comes to TV and movies: Christopher Reeve.
He looked the best, he was the best actor, and he just... understood the role. (I'm talking about the first 2 movies, not the others.)

I definitely agree with Karen. I would always pick the late Christopher Reeve as the best Superman. His Clark/Superman is the one who has my heart. :)
I really like Brandon Routh, since they picked up the series as if Superman III & IV never happened. Plus, he reminds me of Christopher Reeves the most and he has been on Chuck. Not saying I didn't love Dean Cain in Lois & Clark. Plus I totally love Tom Welling in Smallville(love seeing Superman grow up). Still liking Routh best right now.

I thought Superman Returns was the worst Superman Movie Eva. It made me glad I'm a Batman kinda girl.

I DO like Routh, and I DID like his movie. Well, let me qualify: Didn't particularly love all the Kevin Spacey (Lex Luthor) bits or most of the actual story, but I did love the STYLING of the movie. It was cool to see all those 40s-style clothes and cars and art-deco design juxtaposed against the trappings of a modern, 21st-century technology. I thought that was neat.
